Business model analysis
Business models are almost never carried out as planned. In many cases they have to be changed throughout the exercise of developing it.
Margins can be at risk, the team does not meet the needs of the company, investments do not arrive or they are late, or the competition has simply changed the framework of action with better prices, new benefits or improvements that we do not have.
The concept of "pivoting", the action of changing the business model out because it is required or convenient is something that many founders don't want to take on, and later when they want to react, it is too late.
CARDOM advises you and recommends improvements or substantial changes in the business models to adapt them to a new competitive environment or market realities that the founders do not see or do not want to assume.
