Initial consulting

During this first contact meeting, we analyze the client's situation.

We find out what problems you may have in the crucial areas of your company or project and analyze what are the priorities to which we can help you.

We review your legal situation and look over the corporate structure to understand it and determine if it is the most appropriate for the project you want to carry out.

We analyze the partnership agreement if you already have it or we propose a legal advisor to carry it out.

We study the approach you have with your initial partners if they exist. We look over what you plan to do about new partners you may are going to have in the future, and we propose the conditions so that you can have a powerful team that helps you grow.

We discuss how you have planned the technology and, if necessary, explain what alternatives you have and how decisions should be made in this area.

We analyze how much you know your competitors, if you have studied your competitive environment and if you understand what you are facing in the market that you want to address.

Then we go through the approach that you have, what knowledge you have started from, and what you know about the market. Do you want to be a leader? An SME that makes a good living without competing for industry leadership? Create a family business for your children to continue?

We review the figures you have prepared and see how deep is the economic approach of the business or project we are talking about.
